Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, hospitalitygroup.uk uses, what they are for and how you can control them. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device; local storage and session storage work in a similar way.
1. Our approach
We use only the cookies and storage that our website needs to work or to remember a choice you make. Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you click “Reject”, or until you choose, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics is used only on our public website, never in the staff and partner portals or on their sign-in pages.
2. Strictly necessary cookies and storage
These don't need your consent because they are essential for the website or for a service you ask for. They are set by our own website and are never used to track you.

3. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you accept, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it: for example, which pages are visited, how people find us and whether our forms work. Google Analytics doesn't tell us who you are, and we have turned off its advertising features and Google signals.

Google keeps the event-level data Google Analytics collects for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Google may process it outside the UK; our Privacy Policy explains how international transfers are protected. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
4. Content from other services
Some content on our website comes from other services: fonts from Google Fonts, photos from Unsplash and, on the Our partners page, map tiles from OpenFreeMap. Your browser fetches this content directly from them, so they receive your IP address, but they don't set cookies through our website.
5. Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page of our public website, or with this button:
If you change your choice to “Reject”, we stop Google Analytics, delete its cookies from your browser and reload the page. We keep your choice for six months and then ask again.
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings; your browser's help pages explain how. If you block all cookies, we can't remember your choice and will ask again. To stop Google Analytics on every website, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
6. Changes and contact
