WHO WE ARE

Your partner on the ground in London

Hospitality Group is a London company that connects groups with restaurants, venues and attractions. We work through direct contracts with our partners, so we can secure the right table, room or ticket for each group and keep every detail under control.

Our main clients are tour operators and DMCs. You keep the relationship with your travellers; we take care of the arrangements in London and stay your single point of contact.

WHAT WE OFFER

Everything your group needs in London, from one supplier

Group meals

Set menus at restaurants we work with, timed around your itinerary: lunches between visits and dinners after a day of sightseeing.

Private dining

Private rooms and exclusive spaces for welcome dinners, farewell dinners and celebrations, depending on the size of the group and availability.

Attraction tickets

Tickets for London's attractions and shows, booked with the entry times your programme needs.

Experiences

Experiences that add something different to a programme, arranged and coordinated with the rest of the day.

HOW WE WORK WITH AGENCIES

From your itinerary to the day itself

  1. 01

    You send us your itinerary

Dates, group size and profile, budget and any dietary needs. A draft programme is enough to start.

  2. 02

    We send you a proposal

Restaurants, rooms, tickets and experiences that fit your route and budget, with the terms set out clearly.

  3. 03

    We confirm with each supplier

Once you approve, we book and confirm every service directly with each restaurant, venue and attraction.

  4. 04

    One contact until the day

The same person coordinates everything with you and with our partners, from the first message to the day of the visit.

05 / 05

Menus for dietary needs and allergies

We adapt menus to dietary requirements and allergies, and confirm each case with the restaurant before the group arrives.

TERMS FOR AGENCIES

Working terms for trade partners

These are the main points of how we work with agencies. The specific conditions of each booking are confirmed in writing in your proposal and booking confirmation.

Net rates or commission

We work on net rates or on commission, depending on how your company works. We agree the model with you before the first booking.

Group size

We work with groups of different sizes, from small groups to large ones. Tell us your numbers and we will suggest venues that can seat everyone together.

Booking lead time

The sooner we receive your itinerary, the more choice of venues and times we can offer. Peak periods, such as summer and December, fill first.

Deposit and payments

Deposit and payment dates are set out in each booking confirmation, in line with the conditions of each venue and attraction.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on each service and are sent to you in writing before you confirm.

Invoicing and VAT (TOMS)

We invoice from our UK company. VAT is shown on every invoice, and before you confirm we tell you the treatment that applies to your booking, including the Tour Operators' Margin Scheme (TOMS) where relevant.

Final numbers

We ask for final numbers and dietary requirements by the date shown in your confirmation, so each venue can prepare.

EXAMPLES

Examples of services by area and occasion

A few examples of what we arrange for groups in London. The final venue depends on the dates, the size of the group and availability.

Westminster and St James's

Set-menu lunches close to the Abbey, Parliament and Buckingham Palace, timed between morning visits.

South Bank

Group lunches and dinners near the London Eye and the river, easy to combine with a cruise or an attraction.

The City and the Tower

Set menus near the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and St Paul's Cathedral.

West End and Covent Garden

Pre-theatre dinners timed to the show, and lunches around the shops and markets.

Welcome and farewell dinners

A private room for the first or last night of the trip, with a set menu agreed in advance.

Quick lunches on busy days

Set menus served on time, so the group keeps to its schedule.

A table set for a group meal

These are examples: the specific venue is confirmed in each proposal.
