School Trips to London: Group Meals & Experiences
Meals planned around your students, visits that fit the day and one person to deal with from your first email to the trip itself.
You look after the students. We'll look after the bookings.
Taking a class to London means a long list of things to get right: where everyone eats, what each student can eat, how to get from a museum to lunch on time and who to contact when plans change.
Hospitality Group connects groups with restaurants, venues and attractions in London. We work under direct contracts with them for group meals, private dining, tickets and experiences, so we can plan your school's day as one joined-up programme rather than a string of separate bookings.
Until now we've mainly worked with tour operators and DMCs. Schools can now come to us directly, in English or Spanish, with one contact from the first enquiry to the day itself.
Ask for a quoteWhat we arrange for school groups
Book a single meal or put the whole day together with us.
Group lunches and dinners
Sit-down meals for the whole class, with a set menu agreed before you travel so nobody has to order on the day.
Menus that suit their age
Simple, familiar dishes for younger pupils and a little more choice for older students. We ask each venue for options that match the age of your group.
Allergies and special diets
Send us your list once. We pass every allergy and special diet to the venue before the day and agree the alternative dishes with them.
Tickets and visits
Entry to attractions and experiences booked through our direct contracts, timed around your meals so the day flows.
Private dining spaces
Where it helps, a private room or a reserved area so your group can eat together, away from other diners.
Planned around how school groups really work
A large group of young people needs a different kind of booking. These are the points we plan around from the start.
Menus for different ages
Eleven-year-olds and sixth formers rarely want the same lunch. Tell us the ages and we'll look for menus to suit them, mixed-age groups included.
Allergies and special diets
Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, a nut allergy or anything else: share the details when you book and we make sure each venue has them before your group arrives.
Timings for a large group
Serving a big group quickly takes planning. We agree arrival times, menus and serving with the venue so the meal fits neatly between your visits.
Easy supervision
Your staff stay in charge of the students, and we arrange things to make that easier: the group seated together, venues told in advance they're hosting a school group, and clear arrival and departure times.
Meals that fit your visits
We look for restaurants close to the museums and attractions on your programme, so less of the day is spent moving the group through busy streets.
Three steps from first email to the day itself
- 01
Tell us about your trip
Send the short form with your dates, the number of students and staff, their ages, the visits you have in mind and any dietary needs you already know about.
- 02
We propose and confirm
We suggest meals, visits and timings that fit your day, then confirm each booking with the restaurants, venues and attractions once you're happy.
- 03
One contact throughout
The same person stays your contact until the trip itself and keeps every venue up to date if your numbers or plans change.
A school day in London, planned around the students
Here's how a single day might come together for a secondary school group. It's an illustration of how we plan, not a fixed package.
Illustrative example only: the venues, timings and content of each day depend on your dates, your students' ages and your budget.
- MorningA museum visitThe group starts at one of London's major museums, with entry or a guided activity arranged in advance where the museum requires it.
- MiddayLunch together, a short walk awayA sit-down set lunch at a nearby restaurant. The whole group is seated together and the allergy and special-diet dishes have been agreed beforehand.
- AfternoonAn attraction or experienceTickets for an attraction or a group experience are booked ahead, so nobody is buying them on the day.
- Early eveningDinner before heading backAn early group dinner near your accommodation or your next stop, timed so the students are back at a sensible hour.
